We strongly believe that your home should reflect your unique personality and lifestyle. First Incepted in 2017, Dynamic Architectural Drafting & Building Designs was created by expert draftsman Marc Walther who has over 16 years of experience designing buildings in Australia and overseas. From learning about building designs and drafting in Switzerland, Marc has been able to help clients across the world bring their vision for their next home to life. 


We take a personalised approach to each project, working closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met at every stage of the process. We aim to provide our clients with a stress-free experience, from design concepts to documentation. We also believe in being as environmentally responsible as possible and strive to use sustainable materials and methods whenever possible.
